Due to unforeseen server hardware issues, we experienced a critical network failure that caused the server to become unreachable while still running, requiring a manual reboot by the on-site server team. We have scheduled an intervention with the hosting provider to investigate and resolve the underlying hardware problem.
Because of this, some player data remained unsaved in memory at the time of the incident, while house data was not saved since the last server save. To prevent inconsistencies such as item loss or duplication, we had to roll the server back to the last server save at 2026-04-16 10:00 AM GMT+2.
We understand this is frustrating and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This decision was made to protect the overall integrity of the game world and ensure a fair experience for everyone.
